We recently conducted an interview with Sanjay Subnani, CEO of Crowdgather, Inc. (CRWG: OTCBB).  CrowdGather was initially added to our StocksnSectors Watch List on November 29, 2010 at $1.28 per share and traded to almost $2 by the end of January.

The Company has made significant progress, including securing over $9 million in private placement financings, two quarters of accelerated revenue comparisons, and expansion of its forum portfolio with its recent acquisition spree.

With the stock closing yesterday at $.85, we are extremely excited to finally get some insight on the Company’s future growth and acquisition strategy, especial in light of the current depressed stock price levels. To listen to the interview:
