We are an open forum whereby we provide, share, and seek to exchange stock ideas and sector analysis. It all starts with thoroughly analyzing these sectors and understanding the “Big Picture.”
Our focus is squarely on undiscovered micro-cap companies – typically low-priced companies with market caps of 500 million or less within some of the fastest growth industries of the US economy over the next decade: (1) Healthcare, (2) Internet and IT, and (3) Energy and environmentally clean technology. Micro-cap companies typically lack Wall Street analyst coverage, and are inefficiently priced and/or often thinly trading the proverbial “tree in the forest.”
Did you know……
• There are no qualitative financial requirements to list on the OTCBB.
• Typically only 3% or less of OTCBB Companies take steps to meet listing requirements for NASDAQ or AMEX, and eventually deliver substantial long-term appreciation for shareholders.
• Historically the biggest long-term winners on the OTCBB are companies that eventually “graduated” to NASDAQ or AMEX.
Stocks & Sectors only focuses on NASDAQ, AMEX plus the top OTCBB companies. Our mission is to find potential “Graduation Candidates” – companies operating in our favorite sectors that may qualify for NASDAQ or AMEX in the next 12-24 months. That’s the purpose of the Stocks & Sectors growth stock forum. We know that outstanding results requires patience, and we endeavor to get to know companies and their management teams early on, prior to getting listed on a national exchange such as NASDAQ or AMEX.
We are looking to find these “future gems” – outstanding small companies with great management teams who have the ability to execute. It’s not simply a matter of having an up stock for a short period of time…it’s about finding and backing a management team that can get a business to work. This means delivering contracts, growing sales, eventually, profitability.
